This is my blog about my struggles and success to living a healthier lifestyle. I decided at the end of 2014 that I had enough of having a gut, being out of breath whenever I walked upstairs, and not waiting to be active. So I did what I needed to do, and made lifestyle changes. This journey is not filled with fad diets or ways to trick your body. It’s simply a portrayal of how I made it to and maintained my fitness journey.
